Amy helps oversee every facet of Crosby’s operations: our people, processes, technology platforms and production services. She is a no-nonsense leader who plays by the rules and has fun doing it.
Since joining Crosby in 1994, Amy has been instrumental in developing best practices to improve the firm’s operational efficiency, productivity, and creativity, while staying true to our core values. She has more than 25 years of experience in broadcast, print and digital production, interfacing with strategic partners and vendors across the globe to support client programs.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Amy’s first foray into marketing was with the Mills Corporation, coordinating grand-opening events for the company’s mega-malls around the country.
Amy has served as a board member on the Production Club of Baltimore and Navy Youth Hockey, was a member of the 2007 Flagship Class of Leadership Anne Arundel, and has welcomed countless Midshipmen into her home as part of the Plebe Sponsor program at the U.S. Naval Academy. She enjoys spending weekends at her family farm on the Eastern Shore, boating on the Chesapeake, and traveling to watch her two sons’ college lacrosse games.
