Crosby Promotes Three Senior Leaders

Crosby Marketing Communications has promoted three senior staff who are instrumental in supporting the firm’s continued growth.

  • Advancing to Senior Vice President, Creative Director, Marcos Ballestero helps lead creative strategy and direction for a variety of clients, such as Shiners Hospitals for Children, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Peace Corps, DAV (Disabled American Veterans), and the Department of Defense’s Military OneSource program. He has been with Crosby since 2022.
  • Sabrina Ostrowski was named Senior Vice President of Contracting and Financial Management. She has been instrumental in the fiscal oversight of Crosby’s federal government contracts, handling all compliance and financial reporting needs since joining the firm in 2015.
  • Sarah Goodling was named Vice President, Social Media. A staff member since 2014, she leads a team of social media strategists, content creators, community managers, and data analysts to build and nurture online communities for clients.
