Crosby Promotes Three to Executive Vice President

To support its continued growth, Crosby Marketing Communications has promoted three senior staff members to Executive Vice President.

  • In his role of Executive Vice President, Experience Design, Lee Gatchel leads teams creating compelling experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across digital channels and destinations. Since joining Crosby in 2012, Gatchel has created award-winning websites, mobile apps, and digital destinations for clients including Kaiser Permanente, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Defense, Social Security Administration, DAV (Disabled American Veterans), and the Peace Corps.
  • Ron Ordansa was promoted to Executive Vice President, Creative Director. With more than 25 years of experience at Crosby, Ordansa leads the development of branding, integrated marketing, and PSA campaigns for Crosby clients, winning coveted Gold Addy, Silver and Bronze Anvils, Telly, Webby, and Creativity awards.
  • As an Executive Vice President, Senior Strategist, Julia Krahe provides strategic counsel and campaign leadership for clients ranging from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, with a focus on earned media and crisis communications. She has been with Crosby since 2020.
