Sabrina has more than 20 years of experience in the complexities of government contracting, financial analysis and management. She provides a wealth of expertise in proposal development and pricing, teaming arrangements, contract compliance, and implementing effective corporate policies and procedures.
Since joining Crosby in 2015, she has been influential in the success and growth of the firm’s Government practice, handling all regulatory and financial reporting needs. She has extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS) as well as FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, IDIQ and GSA contract requirements.
Prior to joining Crosby, Sabrina was a Senior Assistant Vice President at The MIL Corporation where she led the Internal Review and Accounting departments. She has also served as a Senior Project Controller at Deloitte Consulting, responsible for project financials for U.S. Department of State and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contracts, and was a Senior Contract Analyst at BearingPoint.
Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is proud to serve on the Anne Arundel Medical Center Building Traditions Society Leadership Advisory Council – a philanthropic group supporting vital areas to improve care for the community. She resides in Annapolis with her husband, four children and two dogs, and enjoys spending time with family and friends out on the water.
