Raymond Crosby

David has more than 30 years of experience telling great stories through motion pictures. He joined Crosby in 2016 to lead the firm’s multimedia team, building its in-house capabilities to create all forms of content from TV commercials, PSAs, videos, webisodes, social media content, infographics, event documentation, and more. The team provides nimble, award-winning productions for Kaiser Permanente, Peace Corps, DAV (Disabled American Veterans), SAMHSA, CDC, USDA, and other clients.
Prior to joining Crosby, David ran his own production company, Butler Films, serving clients such as CarMax, Comcast, Discovery Communications, National Geographic, Capital One, the United States Postal Service, Quicken Loans, US Savings Bonds. His work as a director has garnered awards including an Emmy, Addys, Tellys, London Art Directors, PRSA Anvils, and a Silver Medal at the Houston International Film Festival. He has also directed a documentary entitled “Sacred Ground: The Battle for Mt. Auburn Cemetery” and produced the feature film “21 Eyes.”
David is a graduate of Towson University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and son-in-law. He also has two dogs at home, likes good food, traveling, nights out with friends, and cycling.
