Digital Production Artist (Annapolis, MD)


We have a career opening for a Digital Production Artist who will grow and learn as part of our digital development team. You will be responsible for bringing all types of digital projects to life across a variety of screens. The ideal candidate has a natural eye for motion, the ability to transition static files into dynamic interactive elements, and the desire to work hard on behalf of organizations that serve the greater good.

Key Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Flash (with ability to build animation in ActionScript 3)
  • Extensive experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of rich-media online advertising (banner) development
  • Well versed in web graphic production tools including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Online portfolio demonstrating these requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a contributing member on cross-functional creative teams
  • Interpret creative concepts into digital files (flat and animation)
  • Iterate interactive designs and create supporting assets according to approved look and feel.
  • Stay current and help communicate interactive usability principles & best practices throughout Crosby
  • Be proactive and solution oriented when facing complex challenges
  • Thrive under deadlines in a fun, fast-paced environment
